COLOR CONSULTATION

Suffering from paint paralysis and color anxiety?  Overwhelmed by the seemingly millions of colors to choose from?   I am a certified True Colour Expert and I can help!  Starting with a visit to your home, I will get an overview of your space and the personality you wish to express.  Through that visit and discussion, a paint color strategy will be developed so that an overall color plan will enhance your home’s decor and make the most of your furnishings.  In the end, I will provide you with a color chart that details the paint colors which were specifically chosen for each of the components in your rooms, including the recommended finishes.

INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR REFRESH

Sometimes all you need is a trained eye to look over your room and its contents to find what works, and what could work better.  Using some of the things you already own, adding in a few key pieces can turn your lackluster space into something you adore.  While working with your determined budget, I will design your room to be the best version of itself.  

 

Hourly Rate of $85 *

(typical refresh = 5 - 7 hours)

  • Design consultation

  • Paint / wallcovering selections

  • Furniture floor plan

  • Recommendations of trades people to use (painter, flooring installer, etc.)

  • Shopping list (detailing selections of needed decor and/or furniture, pricing and where to buy)

For full implementation of design:

(typical project = 8 - 12 hours)

  • project management of all work needed from start to finish (painting, flooring installation, etc.)

  • purchasing and installation of all furniture and decor items

NEW CONSTRUCTION OR REMODEL

Creating a home that fits your family and your lifestyle is no small task.  If you are starting from the ground up with a piece of land, or you are reimagining your existing home, my partnership with you and the builder will simplify the process.   Determining the proper floor plan and furniture layouts in your new living spaces will enhance how your family interacts in everyday life.  I will be your advocate and guide through the entire journey while we select the major interior and exterior finishes and fixtures right down to the details of décor.  I will ensure that your new home simply and beautifully tells your story.

 

- Hourly Rate of $85, Invoiced Monthly *

* additional mileage fee added if jobsite is over 10 miles one way
